I've spent the better part of the past two decades learning about and experimenting with different workout programs, noting things like time efficiency in the gym, rate of strength progression, hypertrophic response to different training volumes & intensity, and can confidently say I'm at a place now with my programming where I can deliver what nets the best rate of strength gains & hypertrophic responses with workouts that are an hour or less from check in time, to warm ups, workout completion, and walking out the door, going to the gym 3-5 x's a week (4-5 is optimal, 3 works well).
My nutrition plans are simple, sustainable, and effective, and my sleep/stress management programs were developed from necessity, having struggled with & needing to fix both. I went over a year straight of 3-4 hours of sleep a night, and my cortisol factory working overtime. Fixing stress did the most to fix sleep of everything I tried. I'm back to 7+ hours a night of quality sleep consistently without waking up. Now I help people who would benefit from my experience & learnings over the years without taking the same years long journey to put it all together that I went through. I've spent 20+ years developing the recipe book, and only the best recipes make the cut in this book.
