I've spent the past 20+ years testing different workout programs to find what delivers the biggest impact with the least amount of time spent in the gym, striking a perfect balance of optimal & efficient. The end result is programs that will max-out your rate of strength progress & muscle growth with workouts that are an hour or less from check-in time to completion and walking out the door, going to the gym 3-5x's per week (4-5x = optimal),
The nutrition plans are simple, sustainable, and effective.
The sleep & stress programs were developed from necessity to fix my own sleep problems. I spent over a year sleeping only 3-4 hours a night with my cortisol factory in overdrive. Stress & sleep go hand in hand, if one is bad, it effects the other, and fixing stress did the most to fix my sleep. I'm back to sleeping 7+ hours a night consistently w/out waking up. Now I help people who will benefit from my experience.
